7. How many years of experience do your engineers have?
75-80% of our engineers are senior engineers with 8+ years of experience. The rest are mid-level engineers with 5-7 years of experience. We rarely hire junior engineers unless specifically requested.

No, Evoxify specializes in creating software and building IT teams for clients. Our engineers are full-time professionals, not temporary placements.

10. Do you offer project-based engagements?

In staff augmentation, the client manages the project. For dedicated teams, our project manager handles task assignments, ensures deadlines are met, and reports progress to you regularly.
